Meet Dana Walchek, Au.D., F/AAA

Dr. Dana Walchek has owned Hearing Solutions since 1998 and co-owned Industrial Hearing Solutions since 2005.

From 1999-2019, Dr. Walchek was the Director of Audiology at Simon-Williamson Clinic, P.C. In September 2019, she moved her practice from the Princeton campus to the current location. Her office has been a teaching facility for doctoral students from Auburn University since 2007.

Dr. Walchek began serving on the board in various capacities for the Alabama Academy of Audiology in 2003. She completed her service to ALAA with her term as President in 2010. She continues to support the advancement of Audiology both locally and nationally by advocating to state legislators as well as Congress.

Dr. Walchek is nationally board certified by the American Board of Audiology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Walchek has been married to Erich Walchek since 1995, and they have one son. The Walcheks are active members of Asbury United Methodist Church in Shelby County. Their favorite charities include: Children’s Harbor (Lake Martin), Hand In Paw, and The American Diabetes Association.
